耐寒輸送帶產品介紹

耐寒輸送帶應用

耐寒輸送帶選用棉帆布、尼龍帆布或聚酯帆布做骨架材料。覆蓋膠采用耐寒性能優異的順丁膠與耐候性突出的天然橡膠,具有耐寒性能優異、彈性高、耐沖擊、耐磨損等特點。能在零下40℃的環境下長期使用。

技術指標:

1.耐寒輸送帶根據覆蓋膠性能分為耐劃裂型(H)、耐磨損型(D)、一般型(L)三種類型。

2.根絕耐寒性能分為C1和C2兩種級別。C1-使用環境溫度為-45~---+50℃;C2-使用環境溫度為-60---+50℃。
